I did a deal yesterday on an LCI 530d Sport and managed to get ?5,892 off list which equates to about 15%-16% plus I got around ?1,500 above trade for my 05 530d Sport. They did a bit extra as I have a beef with them over possible misselling of a service pack on the old one but overall Im happy.
I just ask the dealer the size of the cheque he is hoping for.
Then I disappoint him.

When I ordered my LCI 530iAM (E61) I got 9% off list and a very good trade in price on my E91 325i. As I understand it, there seems to be a maximum reduction of 6% on the sales price in Sweden without having to ask the Sales Manager. But I'm not totally sure...

Just had a call from the Dealer. The car is built!! I have the chasis number, latest delivery date is now the 21/22nd March - 1 week earlier than forecast (possibly coming in earlier)

I am trying not to get to excited by the prospect of an earlier delivery date than the 22nd / 23rd however dealer says this is highly likely........
