I'm tall with long arms and I'm thinking that I will suffer anchylosis with these switches placed so much behind in the door lining  ...I prefer current (our) window switch location

I see new CCC unit with fast stations selector and new mute button ...that's good news!

Nice to see one "in the flesh" but a pity it's the 520d which will be superseded in September.

Does the rev. counter and speedometer look different or is it just me? Looks like there are more dots under the fuel gauge. Hope they've not discontinued the variable red mark rev. counter as for the 3-series..

What about the fog lights?

Some pics of the LCI have round ones, and some, like this one, have a shape molded into the lower air intake.

Is the exterior paint color on the pictured 520d Platinum Gray Metallic?

Not sure about the color and the fogs will be like this.
It was also the premiere of the convertible and we spend much of our time there because
the convertible was more sexy then the touring
It s a manual car, the speedometer is maybe different with manual transmition or maybe its just
a european km thing.
There is however a light so it seems to show you to shift gears. It lights up.

The m-tec exterior has not been changed, hence those keeping the round fogs. Might be an explanation, if one pic was of M-tec and the other wasn't.

Are you suggesting that those ordering M Sport (in EU) will get the pre-LCI fogs?

I thought I read somewhere that the M Sport front bumper on the parts system has a new part number for LCI...
