Do you think it covers or does it say elsewhere that the E63 is similar?

But this is only vehicles with M-ASK, and my vehicle has E060-09-05-535 (CIP 19.02.03), and with CCC the lawyer screen does not auto-dismiss.

Oops, skipped right over the M-ASK bit. Nevermind. But it could come to a CCC soon I hope.

Darn, it looks like I have missed out. But, to "get going," I'd probably "accept" anyway.

I hope too but I'm not holding my breath, at least here in the U.S. Are there Nav system from any other manufacturer that time out the "don't drive and nav" screen?

If you didn't have Nav I'm sure it would work the same. Others here with 545is and no Nav have reported the automatic time out as I recall.

Hey cool... but 10 seconds? too slow... I'll prob just hit the accept to bypass that screen faster. But if I do forget it thats a new feature! Now another thing to chalk up to give me reason to get new software!
