Lattest version of Nav DVD for USA

Hi, looking for the lattest version (Think it's 2007-2, is there a 2008 due out next month) of the NAV DVD for the US. Also is it the proffessional version??? Any ideas the best (cheapest) place to get one?? I think MSRP is $199.

Also...you might note that there's a spellcheck option above the RH corner of the box in which posters compose a message.
