L.A. is good. Weather is finally cooling down to 70s in the morning 80s @ peak (It hit about a 103 degrees last week), gas prices are finally below $4 a gallon on 91 octane, and I finally got the NIkon D90. I've been waiting forever for that thing. I managed to track one down on Sunday and have been messing around with it ever since.
How's Seoul?

The weather is cooling down a bit in Seoul too... Otherwise it's the same traffic congested and polluted metropolis it always was. 
Gas is still nearly double the price of the U.S. for regular unleaded and for premium (91 octane) it's about $7 a gallon... Yikes! So... you're a Nikon guy! I picked up a Canon 50D a couple of days ago. An early birthday present to myself (it is now 3hrs into my birthday 
). I've been using the 40D and I have all the Canon gear like strobe flash, grip, etc... and about 5 L lenses, so makes the switch to Nikon a bit difficult (I'd love to get a D300).

How old are you now? Canons are great cameras. I am a gear head too. I've got all the accessories as well. Gitzo carbon fiber tripod, manfrotto 484rc2 head, sb-800 flash, macro, wide angle, and telephoto lenses. Not to mention all my Lomo LC-A +RL gear. Photography and cars are just 2 of my expensive hobbies. (Golf, tennis, bass fishing, saltwater aquariums are up there too!)

Ducs! I've been riding since 1994. My first bike was a honda hurricane! Although I dont' ride too much anymore due to marriage life, I can't resist going out a few times a year.
