Personally, i've got west coast taste. L.A. style is 20" wheels powder coated centers w/anodized lip.
But the 19's are much easier to drive with especially in Seoul. 20"s are not very forgiving but they look so damn good.
But the older mesh style wheels never go out of style. Good luck with your search!
In the past 2.5 years that I've been living in Seoul, I've bent 3 sets of wheels. And they were all 18"s, Japanese forged modulars. But then the sidewalls were skinny/short. 20"s look awesome, but they'd probably get bent on the way home after install!

I originally wanted to just put on the BMW Style 167 M (BMW M6 wheels), OEM of course, but something about modular wheels... They are damn sexy!

I know what you mean. Stocks (BMW wheels) are always best for the car, but your eyes keep going toward the aftermarket.
I'm the same way. JUst get the aftermarket....you'll never be happy until you do. But there's a trade off. If you get the aftermarket, you have to drive sloooooowwly and carefully otherwise you'll go through another 3 sets.

Yo Seoul,

Isn't it 2:30 Am in Korea right now? Shouldn't you sleeping or out partying since it's a weekend?
I'll be out tomorrow (Saturday) night at one of the local clubs. I have a con-call with the Vancouver office in about an hour....

I hear ya! Decisions, decisions!

If you go to one of the local (reputable) wheel shops, you see $$$$$ aftermarket wheels all bent out of shape waiting to be fixed or discarded. All the people with their cars modded out properly (not the guys that view modding as monstrous rear wing, neon lights, a few stickers advertising parts they don't have on their car, hood ornaments, and color hub-caps) drive REALLY SLOW in areas they know the road is CRAP~

The next time you head over here, drop me a note! I'll intro you to the owners of Volume, Circle, Answer, and Mass... if you are into the clubbing scene! I wish I only had to fly to the west coast of North America 4 times a year. I have to do it every other week! Racking up those frequent flier miles!

Sounds good. thanks for the offer. I don't really do too much clubbing these days let alone drinking....
But I always make acceptions when in Seoul. It's impossible not to.

Man 4 times a year is too much for me...i can't stand the long flights anymore. I don't know how you do it.

Doing business in Korea = drinking in Korea!

I have no choice... I'm responsible for Korea, Vancouver, and San Fran offices. San Fran will be off my portfolio in a couple months because the company hired someone (thank God!)... But starting late this year, it will be 2 weeks in Seoul then a week in Vancouver. The company is trying to make me feel better about it by offering some perks (like a car of my choice in Vancouver) and other incentives. Still negotiating (hard) though... If you're not into the clubbing thing... we'll go get some soju at a pojang ma cha!
