I had Eibach pro kit fitted on my non sport shocks, the rider quality is close to the m-sport which means --> Great

I dunno. I was gonna get the H&R Sport springs on my xi and having nothing else on the suspension modded. I hope that was right.

I would probably go with the Eibach Prokit and stock shocks, reasonable lowering (1.2") and still be able to enter a driveway without scraping. And when you keep the stock shocks it won't hurt the resale value (unless you lease, in which case why waste the money on mods - the car isn't yours)

How many miles do you have on your current shocks? If its not too much <10K - 15K I'd say its ok. If its more you may want to combine them with some koni shocks.

Have you looked into full suspension such as KW's or Billsteins?
