Kid threw candy at my car

My Ride: '06 530xi Jet Black
So today I was driving with a few friends while these people we know(barely) throw candy at my car and put DEEP scratches into it 
. Had my friend call them to meet up then I decided to get a cop on the scene so I pushed the orange button. The police is going to write up a report but isn't doing any charges or anything,just a paper trail as I say. The kids promised to pay for the scratches after I get estimates from BMW and 2 other body shops for a stencil fix. I just had my car buffed the day before and I have the receipt so I know those scratches were not there plus one of the pieces of candy hit me in the leg (window was down)! I'm wondering how much its going to cost because these kids are paying for every cinch of the cost

Damn...I miss the good old days where people could take care of business on the spot, a big fat slap left and right and their parents being ok with...that's how you take care of business.

Sounds like your "friends" ( and I use that term very lightly) don't put "Hand to ASS".
If I ever though of that my parents would have made me not be able to sit for a couple hours.
