1) KEY is stucked when I try to turn off ignition!...the only way I can remove the key is to push the automatic knob forward to the "P = Park" position until it hear a click..then I can remove the car...

2) Key is hard to push it inside the starter...I have to wiggle it around and force it in..my car is 2004 so I need the key to start.

These two problems happened SAME TIME and 1 week ago!

Anyone have THESE TWO PROBLEMS? and how to fix it?

Thank you E60 members cheer!

The car has to be put into 'P' for the keys to be removed, why would you want to take the keys out when the car is in gear?

It's already in "P" position but key cannot be removed...I have to push a tiny bit to hear a "CLICK" sound then I can remove it.

Shifter is out of adjustment or something is in the way preventing it from fully engaging into park
