My key fob emblem is jacked up and looks like crap. Does anyone know how to replace the 11mm emblem? Or do you have to replace the entire key fob?

 

I am pretty sure they sell roundels for the fob... do a search...

 

they do but they can't tell me how to safely remove the emblem. i think they sell them to people where the emblem just falls off.

Try using a cotton swab soaked in 90% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol - that'll soften most glues. Or, you can try goo-gone instead, or the kerosine type lighter fluid.

Whichever solvent you choose, use only small amounts on the swab, and close up the bottle between applications. The solvents aren't good for your lungs, so work carefully - outdoors if you're going to need more than a couple of passes...
