keep loosing AM/M presets

Has anyone had this problem? All my presets get zapped back to the factory default. The EQ gets zapped too. I didn't worry too much when it happened before getting the software updated, but it happened again after the dealer did the update. The dealer doesn't know what to do, so I thought I'd ask.

Did you switch keys? Each key has its own presets for radio, seat location, etc ... When I first got my car, I thought the same thing when I accidentally used my wife's keys.
