My Ride: 545i SMG with Limited Slip Differential
Model Year: 2005
HI members!
Does anyone have a SW called KDS?
It should be a program that indicates hours you need to make a job.
In case, I need to know how many hours are necessary to remove the SMG and reinstall it on the 545i.

There's bound to be someone out there who has it installed -- as you probably already know, usually it's part of the BMW TIS system so hopefully someone installed it or has a disc-based version available to help you out...

The dealer confirmed 8 hour to remove the gearbox, replace the actuator then reinstall it.
Correct and honest, strangely.
