i just got myself a 06' 530i with the sport package and am ready to make some things happen!

first off what do you guys suggest for springs??

Im debating between Eibach pro kits and H&R sports. I will also have 20's on it.

my question is how much do each set of springs lower the car because i have the sport package on it already??

For one thing, springs alone will kill your OEM shocks/struts in about 6-12 months depending on how many miles are on em. Then with sports pkg they drop max 0.7 inches. If you are looking for more drop get the KSports and be done with it. I love mine. Add in the fact that they cost about the same as springs and upgraded shocks to begin with and give you way more adjustability it's a no brainer

They are good bang for your buck coilovers. I'd recommend them over springs so you don't wear out your stock suspension. Also, installing springs is more of a PITA than coils since you need a spring compressor.

congrats on the 530. for your question, with sport package, the eibachs would lower your e60 about 0.5" all around, and the H&R sport springs would lower about 0.7" front and 0.6" rear.
