I sailed through 35 months with no real damage, and today I had the misfortune to not look in my blindspot when changing lanes. It's sad that this will probably be my last topic on this forum, but just needed some sympathy. It cleaned up real well (not that it will matter), but after thinking my front wheel was damaged I was able to clean off all the scuffs to make it look practically perfect....so that was the only good news. My headlight bracket is busted (loose) and the light itself is dented, dented fender...but all else should be fixed with some Bondo. Luckily, no one was hurt, and had I changed lanes a second sooner, I'd have been crushed by a car doing 45mph, while I was at a standstill.
I hit a minivan and pushed in the lower portion of both doors a bit, but as I said, could have been worse. No one was hurt. Did I mention I just made my LAST payment today!!!
Oh freaking well!! I almost made it!

5 grand?
Forget about it, Dave - at least you're safe and all it well. Sucks that you're gonna have to probably drive the rental till right about the time you've got to turn the E60 in. But hey, gives you ample opportunity to concentrate on what's next

Oh man that really sucks!
The good new is no structural damage.
Bad news is probably $1800 worth of damage, if they can straighten that fender.
Just pick a certified shop, and you should have no issues with color match.

This is what you get when you STOP swapping out E60's every 3 months!
