I just got my 545i back from being detailed. I will try to snap some interior shots later today. I wish there was more sun out and I had some before shots but the car looks amazing. No more holograms, scratches, or swirls. Paint was pretty rough. Looks like a 95% correction or so. Very pleased. I can't believe the car is almost 10 years old now and has 114k miles.


- Engine steamed and dressed
- Interior fully shampooed and conditioned.
- Stripped all old wax off.
- Clay Bar.
- Wetsand and Compound where needed.
- Polish.
- Sealed/Waxed.

Go to Costco and pick up a big bag of new microfiber towels and get yourself a gallon of this:

 

I actually use Optimum No Rinse for a spray detailer. I reccomend you guys check it out. I use it on my Vette. I purchased this car with some rough paint and rather than take the time for me to do it I had a local detailer handle the job. Now my only job is to maintain. Thanks for the positive remarks!

Beautiful car. I have a 05 545I and yours is the fourth I've seen. Very nice exterior and engine compartment. I can't wait to see interior.

 

Those Costco microfiber towels can be had for a steal...compared to OReilly's anyways.

 

Thanks. It came with some Breyton wheels. I opted to go for a more OEM look. Put OEM badges back on and original wheels. In spring I will most likely do a set of style 172s for summer.
