Just got a new 525

Like the title says, I just purchased a 2005 525i on Wendesday. I've always wanted a BMW.
The car is pretty basic. Titanium Silver with Gray Leather, cold weather package, and premium package.
Hopefully, soon I'll get Sirius installed and maybe Nav? Is that even possible? Can I have nav and Sirius together?
The funny situation out of this is that the car payment is less than what I was paying for my explorer. While I didn't get the great deals you guys got on financing, for a person in my situation it's fantastic. Under $500 a month is great to me.
