Most states don't allow tint on the sides without some sort of viewing area. I think AZ, Nevada, Texas, and the rest of the desert states are ok...the rest of us are rolling the dice day to day!!!!!

The tint goes with the car color beautifully.. 
Just a thought, is the BMW leather really succeptible to sun damage?
I had a Mitsubishi a couple of years back and slowly after a few years, the rear head rests felt like dry rocks. The leather was totally hard and peeling and the stiching seemed like it was on its way off...
If thats the case, im inclined to make my rear screen as darkly tinted as possible.. Hehe...
