Hi CS, yes mate replica's, I couldn't afford OEM's. As it turns out my insurance would only cover me up to ?1000 for wheel mods. I even asked if I'd used OEM wheels (which would cost a damn sight more) surely they would be covered and they said no I'd have to find another insurance company, wtf.......
Anyhow, they actually cost me ?950 w/tyres and fitted. Got them from a company on ebay, but I actually went to Manchester to have them fitted ( I'm only 45 mins away). Hotline Motorsport Ltd.
I know some guys have had issues with replica wheels, vibrations and stuff, but these are fine
Like I said I'm digging em.

I went and got a set of replica 172's fitted today by a local indy garage, ditched the runflats also.
Put on new Dunlops all round also
On the drive home around 60/65mph i started to get the dreaded vibrations through the seat, not the steering wheel
suggesting there is something wrong in the fitment in the rear. There are rings fitted also so i called the garage when i got home
and have to go in tomorow to fit different size rings and check the balancing again.
I will update tomorrow.

I thought about some 167's but didn't think they suited the blue of the car. Then thought about some 166's, but I decided on the 172's, personally, I'm digging em

Look great! Congrats. Are they 19" on stock sport suspension?

172's look great but are a PIA to clean...

My trick to make it easier?

1). Give em a good treatment of Rejex (be sure and let them cure)

2). On-going clean them (when cool) with a spray of P21S take a soft sponge to em, then rinse em down..

Very simple and makes cleaning them a snap..
