Thanks guys! Unfortunately it is an auto. I've yet to drive a manual but I suppose its not a bad thing when I drive 100 miles a day for my summer job. I'm always keeping an eye open for an e30 to learn stick with, but that's a whole 'nother story.

Nice car! First mod get rid of those rims. I am not sure why BMW even bothered with those rims....the ugliest rims I have ever seen. Even my OEM rims from the 528i are better LOL.
How many miles on it?

I know these rims are ugly as sin. And of course they only used them for MY2004... Too bad rims are the more expensive mod on my list. I figured I'd run these tires down and then make 'em my winter set. That leaves shopping to be done for a summer set.
I'll have to find some that look nice but don't break the bank. I'm 18 and have a job, but am by no means made of money lol. Anyway, the car has 133k miles on it. Sure it's a lot, but the previous owner, conveniently my grandfather, took fantastic mechanical care of it, so I'm not worried. He actually bought my mom's e500 and sold me his 525i.

Congrats on your new ride. Damn I wish I had a 5 series when I was your age. That would have been awesome. ^ I agree with member 'aretradedorange' - wheels will change the look of your car.
You can find decent OEM wheel/tire sets here on the forum often for sale-if you don't want to break bank. Good luck!

Welcome to the forums. Now open your wallet and empty it.
Seriously though, shop the classified sections for both Private and Vendor deals. They're out there, just be patient.
