Just got CIP 16.2 installed

I just got my car back with CIP 16.2, and it solved 60% of the throttle lag problem at low speed (below 40mph). However, I still notice the car upshift too early at 40 - 45 mph, and hesitate to downshift.
Anyhow, I am still not happy with current BMW transmission and throttle performance.
