I still can't believe he flew from FL to TX to buy a car. Nevertheless, you gotta read the fin.e print. Get a lawyer, fight these guys, lots of luck

Dude you have to be kidding...you actually bought that car after asking advice and getting the proverbial stay the hell away from it?????

Get a lawyer, ditch the car then shoot me a PM and I can get you a good used BMW for a good deal if you want to buy out of Dallas.
I can get 545's off lease all day for 26-28k still under factory warranty and 530's etc. in the 20-23k range still in warranty. No need to buy a car someone crashed unless you just enjoy punishing yourself.

Call a lawyer in Texas and ask them what the general rule is on car contracts. Texas Department of Transportation chances are could answer this also or any loan officer at a local Texas bank maybe able to answer this for you. Many states have 48 to 72 hours rules on automobile contracts. Look at the fine print of what you signed it should be stated on there. If your with in that time frame you can pull out legally and nothing they can do.

I am not sure that, by the information provided, that I would come to the conclusion the vehicle has had frame damage. If the vehicle checks out otherwise you probably got a good deal on a nice car. Have it serviced and see what the dealership has to say. I have had windshields crack on new vehicles from extreme temperature changes and usually can be traced to minute chips in the edge of the windscreen that are just waiting for the perfect moment to let go. However, if you find that the new glass is difficult to install you may be on to something. Hang in there.

AFAIK, there is no such thing as a cooling off period in the U.S. for a new or used car purchase.
