Thanks for the quick response guys!
I think I will start with the tint and lighting and then the go fast mods. Do you guys know any local places in Los Angeles that will do mods and brake light tinting?
I have been reading about people with an ECU mod what is that all about?
Glad to see Armenians on this board! Barev Bolorin!

Hello all,
I just leased my first BMW and it is one BAD ASS CAR!. I got a 535I Alpina White all it has is the IPOD adapter option and bluetooth. I am looking to do some modifications to the car and would like to know your recommendations. Please include ruff pricing for doing the upgrade. Also your favorite upgrade that you have. I would like to get feedback from the E60 drivers. I am in the Los Angeles Area and would like to know a local shop who can tint the rear lights also.
Thanks,
BIG H

Welcome...and you came to the right place! We like no-other can help you spend your hard earned cash like nobody's business!!
1st off you'll have to post some pictures, so we can see what we are working with here, next you'll have to consult any number of doctors on here because the addition has begun..I'd start with DrLev99!
Honestly....regarding moding, its really a matter or personal choice. what will really matter is whether or not you want to start off with looks or performance. Since you got the 535, I would say its already pretty quick from the get go...so maybe rims, tires, Mtech kit and lowering.
Probably gonna spend about $4500ish do to all of the above. If you are going to piece meal it...then rims, then lower, then mtech.
or lower, then rims, then Mtech.
thats how Id start. Id have to agree with my fellow Houstonian (HouBMW) wheels are usually the single most mod you can do to really set a car off!
