July 2007 BMW 5 Series Sales Report
This July BMW sold 4,859 5 Series vehicles; up 39.9% from the 3,474 cars sold last July. However, YTD sales of 28,666 units during the first 7 months of 2007 were down 8.4% from the total sold during the same period of 2006.
By way of comparison, sales of the Mercedes-Benz E Class were down 28.0% with sales of 3,227 units this month and 4,479 units last July. YTD sales of the MB E Class were up only 1.1% for the first 7 months of 2007.

One month does not a year make as they say,vs previous years the e60 certainly isnt setting the world on fire. Hopefully the July trend continues for them.
