Just got my car back from the dealer with 13.3 installed.
Fixed.
1. Turning the CD off now actually turns it off , not just muting it.
2. TMC now reports accurate mileage to problems
3. Both programmable buttons now 'programmable'.
Still to do
the old perennials
No voice command and MP3 still not working (not likely until next year).

JDN:
What is the story with your software update? You mentioned, on another thread, your car has been at the dealer for THREE WEEKS for a software update. What version did you have? What problems were you trying to cure? If this topic has already been covered, my apologies. Thanks for any insight.

You should start the lemon law process. No go entirly through with it. That way if you ever feel the need to ge tra new 5er the paperwork is done and it will be a quicker transition. I dont know about texas but in Florida the BBB deals with lemons before the actual state. The BBB gets BMW NA involved in the repair, They maybe something similar in texas. You should check it out.
