After 12 years and 3 x 5's, I've finally decided to move from BMW to Jaguar. Was looking second-hand but today got a good deal on a new Black XF-S Premium Luxury. Looks the business with ivory leather on sports seats with piano black trim, grey leather dash and black outside. Looks sporty enough to match the fact I'm not over 50!

Only 2 weeks from the launch of the new 5, so hopefully I've done the right thing....didn't realise I was buying new until too late...gulp!

Hopefully I've put as much into this forum as I've taken out over the last 4 years. A valuable source if info for any E6o owner!

Still got the Z4, so not totally BMW free.

Thank you all (& particularly Bruce when I had a bespoke phone cradle problem a few years back).

Ian.

Good luck with the Jag. 470 bhp is nothing to sneeze at. I test drove a XF Supercharged just before I got my 550 and was very impressed.

The new Jaguars are nice, if only other manufacturers would offer a manual in a sedan the size of the 5 with a AWD or RWD platform, I'd probably move on as well.

There's a dealership near my house. They are beautiful cars. Have fun.

Yes, in the same way "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" is funny. Do I hear banjos being tuned?
