I have the same leak. I also noticed that the window seal on the outside top corner passenger side was lifting and not touching the frame. I don't really know if this is the cause, but for now I used black silicon adhesive so sort of "caulk" the seal. I would prefer to change the seal for a cleaner look but my ACS roof spoiler is in the way and I don't want to take it off. I figure this would do for now.

I also bought a new sunroof seal and will install that soon.
