Very nice, well looked after motor. My 530 e61 is a right state - big dent in the rear bumper, dodgy paint-work on the front bumper and the interior is stained to fook. The geezer who had it before me used it to build a conservatory on the back of his house and lugged all the foundation material to the tip in the back of it. Oh well, can't complain as he let me have it for free!

I agree , I forgot to mention that I changed the valve cover gasket.. it could have been my fault for putting to much oil in the car several months back..

I have an '06 530 @ 86k mi and fret the 100k mi horror stories too, and have (and still do sometimes) consider getting something newer. But a couple reputable indy shops have said the N52 is the best motor, tranny is pretty solid too. I haven't had any issues for my 3 years of ownership. Aside from a 6 yr old cars' creaks, I'm good.

Great job on the detail, it looks like new
