iPod use in 05 545 w/ Logic 7 sound

I'm buying a 2005 545 w/ Logic 7 sound. No iPod adapter though like my 07 335i. What are the best options to run iPods through the sound system? My sister's 550i uses the radio frequency adapter, which sucks. Anybody found the right way to utilize the Logic & for an iPod?

Just get the Ipod integration kit. Check on ebay. They aren't that expensive. Only thing you have to do is go 2 the dealer to have them program it into your car.

+1 for the BMW Ipod kit. Had mine done at the dealer so it ran me 5 bills. Impulse buy but no regrets. You can prob get it cheaper if you buy the kit off ebay/install it yourself and then just pay the dealer for the programming. GL
Programming is roughly an hour labor ($119).
Somewhere in that ballpark.

Buy it on ebay for about 260.00 and install it yourself. Programming at dealer about 120-140.00. There was a great thread posted here a while back with pics of how to do it....very simple if you already have the cd changer
