@Krozi you have to go to the dealer to get a BMW assist account. Its iffy if it works or not. I still have not tried!

So I have the app installed, but how do I login?
I called BMW Assist and they have my email address correct and they provided me with my PASSCODE/PASSWORD that's used to protect my account (no numbers it was a word). I type those into the app, but nothing happens. Am I using the right authentication ID or should I be calling a specific BMW call center?
