Default Intermittent faults on dashboard

I just wanted to share my recent experience with intermittent faults on my 545i. Just a few minutes after I leave my house, I get these intermittent faults. "Active Steering" , "Dynamic Drive System Malfunction" ,etc. I would just pull over , turn of the engine and restart and after a few times , it would just go away. This happens every other day after I leave in the morning. I drive about 60 miles each way every morning and I would not see those faults while I'm on the freeway. I drove over to Autozone and got the battery checked and they said that it is 89% charged and my charging system was fine. I really suspected the battery and I called a few BMW dealerships and they want anywhere from $470 to $530 to just replace my battery and reprogramming.
I finally decided to just get the aftermarket battery Duralast Gold 95R-DLG which is actually made in Germany. It took me about 10 minutes to remove and replace it. Turned the ignition on. "Active steering fault" came on , Turned the steering wheel all the way to the left and then all the way to the right, Turned off the engine. Restarted after a minute and ALL the intermittent faults are GONE. I hope this helps someone that is having the same issue.

Did you use a battery memory saver of have the car connected to another battery/running car when changing out your battery?

Don't ever do this.

No, I didn't use a memory saver. All I did was take the old battery out and put the new one in.
