No he means the difference between the 545 steeringwheel with shiny metal on it at the sides and the regular steeringwheel for the 530, 525 and 520.

Thos are two different steering wheels, one is sports the other one is regular.
the sports has the trim, a slighty smaller diameter and a thicker cross section.

Here's a pic of the heated wheel. I believe it's thicker than the standard one.
