They tried giving my vehicle back once after replacing the HPFP with the front bumper scraped 2 feet across the front of it. I stopped the SA and was like uh yo wtf is this, they repainted it and I got it back a few days later. Needless to say always do a full inspection of your car anytime you take it in for service, if they damage anything and you drive out the garage and notice it once you're outside then you are pretty much on your own.

Also it is the SA full responsibility to do a walk around inspection of your car and list any damage on it before accepting it for service, I noticed many times that my SA did not do this. So basically if your rims are damaged or bumper or anything is damaged on the car and they did not do a walk around before accepting it, then they are also pretty much liable since it is your word against theirs.
