So I was browsing around and I certainly am more interested in some small, pocket-friendly mods. However, my knowledge of cars is very very minimal so I thought I come to ask some questions. Even if I don't do the mod, I'll still learn something ^^
1. Is there any detrimental effect to a strut bar? Like putting more pressure on tires or decreased performance?
2. The resonator removal. Any negative effect to the car as well? I do hope removing the resonator (or related process) could make the sound more like Ferrari and not be much louder to the ricer level (no offense). Is it possible?
3. Not really crucial, just curious how much would a rear camera retrofit be?
Thanks!

3 - I wouldn't consider a rear camera retrofit a "pocket friendly" mod.

If you have the sport package with active stabilization then you wouldn't feel that much difference with the tower brace, just save up and get the back up camera with the capability to watch external video input.

Ya my car has sports package. Does that mean a strut brace isn't needed?
@carlos: I'm just hoping to make the sound more like Ferrari's without making it extra loud

IMO, the strut tower brace was designed to reduce the body flexing of those lighter and smaller Japanese cars. If you have the sport suspension with active stabilization, then there is no need to waste money on it since you will not feel it that much. There are more better mods out there for the money. It's entirely up to you because to some people, seeing the brace running across the engine does give them a feeling that their handling is much better than without it.
