Just out of curiosity. Are there any other Intake systems out there for a 530I other then the famous RPI combo? Let's not include the unforgettable AFE intake.

 

There are many available but i haven't heard/seen any that shows proven gains like RPI.

Does adding a Filter void your warranty? Just out of curiosity like the BMS or K&N filter.

 

No it can't void your warranty.
Gruppe M also makes an intake, which is better than AFE's Hot Air Intake that loses a lot of power, the downside? It's about $1800US for minimal if any gains, but a decent sound.

+1 for RPI. we have the scoops in stock

as for the filter, +1 it will not void your warranty. if one is still insecure about it, you can always switch out the filter back to stock when you go to the dealer.

 

How much are we looking at for the RPI combo approximately...?

 

If you mean scoop and filter, Trinity sells those for around $200US (give or take, they can tell you exact pricing). So a slightly less expensive option than the Gruppe M ($1800US) for REAL HP gains
