instructions on removing rear diffuser m-sport

anyone have any ideas on how to remove the rear diffuser on the m-tech bumper? i bought my carbon one today and im trying to remove the original one. Having a bit of trouble accessing some of the screws at the top of the diffuser! Any threads on this topic? I can't seem to find any in any forum????

Someone else asked this question a while back but i am sure that you need to remove the bumper to access the top set of screws for removal, my reason for thinking this is i fitted my own msport bumper.

Cheers, I thought i was going mad or something. Taking the bumper back off is a PITA but worth it to fit a such sweet looking diffuser, mine is standard at the moment but i have thought about it. I am tempted just to paint it matte black....

yeah I confirmed it; you definitely cannot remove the diffuser from the outside alone. There's 4 screws and retainers that hold the top of the diffuser to the bumper from the inside. So you have to expose them in order to separate the two pieces. You can remove the bottom section and pull it back enough to get 3 of the screw out, but the 4th is right over the stock exhaust. You can pull the two exhaust hangers from the muffler can to drop the exhaust down enough to reach the screw, but it isn't easy. Then again, neither is removing the entire bumper..
