Installation of six CD disc player

My Ride: BMW545i, Mercedes Benz 320S, Honda Civic 4dr. Si , Toyota Soluna Vios.
I have the BMW545i 2004 year model but without six CD Disc Player. Can anyone tell me how to put one into my car.Thank you.

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
I guess it depends on if you are prewired for it or not on what all would be required. Have you considered installing something so you can use an iPod or another type of mp3 player? With a changer, you may have ten choices of cd's, but the mp3 you could have a LOT more!
