Hi All,

I have used NCS and INPA on E46 for a while, now I have an E60 12/2007 build.
I have purchased a new cable, a "K+DCAN" interface.
I have reinstalled INPA and NCS from scratch.
I have the OBD.ini in the following directories (Copy below):
C:\
C:\Windows
C:\Windows\System
C:\Windows\System32
C:\EDIABAS\BIN
C:\EDIABAS\HARDWARE\OBD

My Environment variables PATH is set as:

%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\Sy stem32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShel l\v1.0\;C:\EDIABAS\Bin;C:\INPA\BIN

The Ediabas.ini is below on the interface:

The obdsetup.exe reports all ok.

But I start INPA, have batt and ignition circles on, cable plugged in usb but not the car. If I unplug the cable they go off.
No matter what unit I try to read I just get errors of "No responce from unit" and busy is showing bottom left of INPA. The LED on the lead flashes intermitantly.

If I try NCS expert I get "VIN Incorrect error"


Really stuck guys, any ideas????
