I am still contemplating ordering a 535d sport with Individual paint and leather. My dealer has contacted BMW GB and they are willing to paint a car in Stratus grey for me through the Individual programme and have recommended putting it with a caramel leather interior which sounds good. Does anyone know of any good colours from BMW's range worth considering (not greens)? I was thinking that Sparkling Graphite from the E90 might look good on the E60 but my dealer does not think BMW will release such a new colour on the individual programme. He is going to check though.

You know my favourites Mineral Silver(6-series), Sterling Grey(Z) and Havanna(1-series).There was also a picture of m5-E61 in Estoril blue (if Iam not mistaken)- nice though to judge one shud see how it looks in person.

igor,
I think estoril would be too bright for the E60. Without any form of relief on the side of the body such as door protection strips you have to think carefully about how a colour will look on such a large expanse of metal. I don't care for the E65 7 series in Sterling grey as it looks flat on that car IMHO. I like stratus on the 6 series but am not sure if it would look as good on the E60.

Is estoril blue that light metallic powder blue like they do on the X5 and M3. If so that colour and no other. The E60 sport will look fab in that.
I'm sanding mine down now as we speak in preparation for your pics

There is a great photo gallery of all the colors somewhere on here. I used it to find the color I wanted, which was Orient Blue.

Actually thats a generic link. The individual visualizer has the same url. Try a search on BMW.COM for individual. Then pick your model and click on visualizer
