I did, they said "Certain" parts are not covered when the enter the item number it tells them its not covered??? Sounds like bs to me

 

I will be in touch with customer relations tomm. This dealership Auto west bmw, is nothing but headaches, the service mgr is a douche bag that gives a rats ass about customer satisfaction, this is the thanks you get for buying 3+ bmws from them...

sales guys are great, service guys use to be good, now the past year just horrible, service mgr doesnt have a clue on what hes doing

 

Yet again, increased emissions msg is BACK! wtf! It always seems to come back on, after i drive the car after 1-2 days... growl

 

OMG, this has become annoying lol, this evening it has GONE away... no check engine no increased emssions... I cant take it into the dealership because their going to say, its not scanning anything.
