Got the "Increased battery discharge while stationary, electrical consumers may have been switched off" message today after not using the car all weekend. After a short run and restart it didnt come back but when the car had sat for a few hours while I was at work it came straight back up on starting along with a picture of the car door window too although that cleared after checking all windows were up. Anyone had this message before?
The car has gone in today to BMW today to get the back window changed because the black matt trim has worn through to the alluminium so they are going to look at the fault then, im just curious if anyone else has had this.

Just to let anyone in future searching this problem its been diagnosed as the body control module.
Does anyone know anything about this module and does this mean they will update my car to the latest software version?
