Today I spent about $1,000 on mods, and had some regret... But once these mods hit my car, there isn't a feeling that can compare how great it feels!

I think that the front bumper makes a big difference, but if saving money is a priority, then save it. Earn a "little" bit of interest and buy it for yourself for your birthday or Christmas with "part" of your savings. That way you will have the cake and the icing.
