So after selling my 04 525i on Tuesday of last week and being without her for a few days, I picked up a 07 550i on Saturday. The car is fully loaded except Nav & cold weather package.
All I can say is WOW!!!!

My Ride: 2007 530i. Purchased 6/28/07. Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. My Ride: My 5 and I met on Father's Day 2008 and have been together ever since. 20" Wheels (Make TBD), premium package, sport package, AiB V3 upgrade and a Passport Escort 8500 Radar Detector.

550 is a big change from a 525. Pics are a must...
BMW V8's are awesome, can rev like a BMW should and pull hard from down low like only a V8 can. Congrats...

Im totally in love with the car. Yes my 525i was nice, but 550 is a beast compared to the 525i. I will take some pictures later today and put them up.
