If BMW did not offer Manual: Would you still buy an E60?

Ditto.
One problem with this poll is if you vote "NO" many of the remaining choices (e.g. Audi, MB, Lexus) do not offer a manual transmission -- only Infiniti does but not for the M35/45.

My Ride: 535D Sport Auto
I wouldn't buy another BMW manual as I used to own a 528i manual and I found it difficult to change gear smoothly. Also in the UK the majority of buyers want auto so in the interest of future trade in values I would stick to autos.

My Ride: 2013 535i (White with Oyster Interior. Premium Package, Navigation, Technology Pacakge, Park Distance Control, and Rear View Camera)
I only want automatic for my daily driving car.
If I rephrase the question: If I want to buy a manual car, will I buy an E60??
My answer will be No, if I buy manual, it will be a fun weekend car like 911, M3 or something that size.

I bought a 530d, would have liked a 535d but this only comes with an automatic. While an automatic is fine for 90% of my driving I have yet to find an automatic which knows exactly what I want to do when going into a series of winding roads.
I now see the new A6 Quattro is finally available with a manual so if I had to I would opt for that.
