If anyone here at e60 are thinking on buying Michelin 265-30-19 PS 2's for their BMW OEM 166M rims, good luck, because I wanted the PS 2's for mine, but of course their on BACK ORDER until ????
The way it was put to me by a manager at Kauffman tire is when Michelin gets enough orders then the will run a batch. But this could take up tp 2 to 3 weeks, or a couple of months from now, maybe the Fall of 2006!
True or not, and being a doubting Thomas type and because I like and spoiled to Michelins, I even checked with Tire Rack, and their on back order there also, along with Discount Tire.com
Now I had to go with Bridge stones which is not a bad tire, in fact their pretty good compared to the other slim choices for that certain size that I had to choose from, (285-30-19), but their not Michelin PS 2's!
