Here is the reboot procedure without Nav.

Turn on key
at the same time push in the radio volume and CD eject buttons
hold them in until the LCD turns off,
wait until LCD is back to the "accept screen"

So, no reboot while car is in motion without nav?

Just pound the dash a bunch. Knock some sence into your car. Show it whose boss.

ok, i finally tried it but it didn't work <_<. i left the key on both pos 1 and 2, held both volume button and eject button down for more than 15 seconds. nothing happened but only turned the radio off while i released my hand . i also started the engine and did the same, no luck .

Angry

:'( it cannot get worse!

the entire LCD control display is non-functional
the whole system just died:

so no music, no PDC

also instrument cluster acting up
cluster did a "reboot" - needles went to zero on all gauges
then after a while came back on.

got all sorts of funny faul messages:
"dynamic drive fault" "cruise control fault" when i got none of these options.

bringing it into dealer tomorrow.
