ideas?...strange low coolant problem 2006 530i

Same thing happened to me So they figured the reservoir for coolant had a crack on the bottom portion of it. Its a tough one to spot but maybe you can tell them to look for it.

I had this happen to me, turned out to be a small crack in one of the hoses. It wouldn't leak unless I drove for a long time (10hr highway trip) and had enough heat that the hose warmed up enough to flex, so I never saw any coolant on my driveway just mysteriously losing coolant.

I have the same problem, we cant find the where the leak is from, you said it was a seal inside one of the radiator hoses, could you describe me which hose was it?

Coolant system dye and a UV light will lead you to the leak.

Thanks! We disassembled the radiator, check the hoses and rings, pressure tested the radiator, we couldn't find the leak, I'll take a closer look at the reservoir tank, , but I can tell its leaking, specially in cold weather it seems to be more....
