IBS or DME/alternator faulty?

I'll try to measure from the alternator directly next time, as it's quite difficult to reach the positive of the alternator.

I think the results will be the same as the alternator connects to the starter and then the same terminal connects to the jump start point. Your next step should be a visible inspection of the cable end where it terminates above the rear axle
