i just recieved my lip today from china and i want to make my car ready for paint i have to finish the window trim today im only wondering how can i open the trims to black them, is there any diy instructions or i do them while they are on the car
plus im not sure which one i use matte or gloss i want to do my car as same the orginal m5s
my car color is light silber

china powerrrr heh i read the seller feedbacks and didnt saw any complaints
actully i didnt received it in hand my friend garage recieved my lip which is 150 miles far from my city tomorrow night im going to bring it and take my car to the workshop
im pretty sure the fittment will be fine
any help with the windows trim?

Here's the link I used to change my trim to matte black. You should do matte black if the portion between the windows is matte also.
FYI....you can use the 'search' function in the DIY section to find more.

My Ride: 528i, m5 style front, side skirts, and mtech rear. 5% dark tints, matte black grills, w/matte diffuser. Black/white Emblems, Shadowline Trim, Ksport Coilovers,
Are We looking at the Same CAR, that shadowline trim looks wayyyyyy better then the ugly chrome. It makes the car more sporty and aggresive. Its a BMW trademark. I use to think the chrome looked good etc. etc. but the more I looked at the car, the more it just stood out by itself. The matte black makes the car flow much better. trust me you did the right thing.

chrome anything is not very popular on this forum.
i didn't mind the chrome at first but then it started fading and looking all shitty so i dechromed my whole car.
