Yup... My rear locking slide thingy was unlocked and all the rear half of the cover screws were....... All the way loosened.
Someone needs to make a harness kit to relocate the dme inside the vehicle.

KyleB, I'm confused why you think the problem is "final stage unit of the fan". Think about your experiment. You told INPA to run the fan at various speeds and it worked fine. That means the final stages of electronics in the fan can do their job.

Did you pull the plug on the bottom hose sensor to verify full fan speed default?
In my mind... If the speed increases when you pull the plug, it could be the sensor at fault.

Something still tells me a reset default code on the IHKA and ECM might solve this as INPA is able to change fan speed correctly.
I'm no pro, but worth a shot.

checked...sensor unplugged, 0, zilch, nada fan movement with engine running. sensor is new.

I'm not talking about faults on the ECM and IHKA. I mean i love playing around with coding in our cars i'm sure you do too. maybe there is some setting that you changed that is causing your fan issue. Thats why i'm saying try reset coding it. I'm sure i've seen fan value settings while coding.
