Well if you have e60 you cant have something like that.. I would go nuts..
anyways..
try to get rubbing compound(not a wax) and see if it helps. That happened to one of my car and I used it and it was gone and helped to prevent to get worse.
It looks like it didnt go deep so this might work.

thanks for all the help... I'll see what I can do. I just bought a bottle of oem bmw touch up paint.. maybe I wont wash that area from now and on since the dust can maybe cover some of that scratches..
